Clarissa Salmon

Coordinator
cas239@cam.ac.uk | ccsfcoordinator@cambridgehub.org

I’m Clarissa, a second year student studying English at Gonville and Caius. I’m keen to explore the importance of brainstorming multiple solutions to the climate crisis: there is no one way to be sustainable. I love all things green, although I have a disappointing knack for killing every house plant unfortunate enough to be adopted by me.

Abi Brown

Deputy Coordinator
afb54@cam.ac.uk | ccsfdeputy@cambridgehub.org

Hi, I’m Abi and I’m the Deputy Coordinator for the forum. I completed my undergraduate degree in Geography at Durham University and am now studying sustainable agriculture for my Master’s degree at Cambridge. Studying climate change and advocating for sustainable futures is the most important thing in the world to me, so I am really excited to help lead a forum that will introduce new (and old) concepts in climate, sustainability and intersectionality to a new generation of environmentalists.

I’m Bella, a first year HSPS student at Churchill. I come from a super green family, so have been involved in climate activism since I was young! I’m one of the Speakers Officers for the Forum - I’m looking forward to welcoming a wide range of diverse speakers who can explore the climate crisis in intersectional ways and help our understanding of its wider implications.

I am Yuan, an MPhil student studying American History at Lucy Cavendish College. As one of the Speakers Officers this year, I’m enjoying working with my amazing teammates and contacting speakers with various backgrounds throughout the world.

Hey, I’m a second year engineering student at Emmanuel College. I’m the Impact and Auxiliary Events Officer which means I’ll be organising the green fair and exhibition at the forum. As someone who is often more engaged with the technological side of the climate crisis, I’m really looking forward to exploring more diverse and creative responses.
